All Serenity Home Decor orders, including sale items, are eligible for a return or exchange request within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

• Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and undamaged.

• Take a clear photo of the packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp at +971 50 126 1067, along with your order number.

• Once received, we’ll handle the rest for you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after a 2.5% card processing fee is deducted.
